Motiva Preserve breast enlargement
From €8,000
The Preservé technique gives a more natural result and ensures faster recovery.
Motiva Preservé is a new, innovative way to perform breast augmentation. Its unique feature is that it preserves as much tissue as possible. Instead of creating space with a knife, we use a soft balloon. This is gently inflated, allowing the breast tissue to stretch naturally. We then insert the implant using a special sleeve, without directly touching it. We call this the "no-touch" principle, and it makes the procedure extra safe. The result? Natural-looking breasts and a quick recovery.
For this technique, we use Motiva® implants. We believe it's important that you're well-informed about the pros and cons of breast augmentation so you can make a well-informed decision. A consultation is always free of obligation and offers the opportunity to discuss your wishes, questions, concerns, and doubts.

1. Consult
You'll come in for a no-obligation consultation with a plastic surgeon of your choice. The surgeon will discuss your wishes regarding the size and shape of your breasts. Besides the Preservé technique, we offer other breast augmentation methods. These will be discussed with you as well. Based on your initial situation and wishes, you'll receive personalized advice. During the consultation, there's room for all your questions, concerns, and doubts.
2. Operation
On the day of your surgery, you will report to our operating room. The plastic surgeon will first mark the treatment area. You will then be taken to the operating room, where the anesthesiologist will administer anesthesia. Using the tissue-sparing Preserve technique, the breast implants will be placed through a small incision, leaving the breast tissue as intact as possible. You may return home the same day after the surgery, accompanied by a doctor.
3. Aftercare
Because less tissue is damaged than with a traditional breast augmentation, there is often less pain and recovery is faster. Many of our patients can quickly resume their daily activities after surgery. However, it remains important that you avoid heavy lifting or raising your arms above shoulder height. We will provide you with comprehensive instructions for a smooth recovery, so you can quickly return to your normal self.

Frequently Asked Questions
Compared to traditional breast augmentation, the Motiva Preservé technique provides a more natural result, smaller scars, breast tissue preservation, less damage to the breast structures, and a faster recovery. Why? The Motiva Preservé technique preserves the breast tissue as much as possible. While traditional breast augmentation uses a knife to create space for the implant, a Preservé breast augmentation uses an inflatable balloon. This allows the breast tissue to expand naturally. We then insert the implant using a special sleeve, without directly touching it. This is called the "no-touch" principle, and it makes the procedure extra safe.
For the Preservé technique we work exclusively with MotivaSmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® breast implantsThese implants are designed with a super-strong, smooth nanosurface structure that helps reduce the risk of capsule formation or other complications. Motiva meets the highest standards for safety and durability, which are our top priorities.
If you're not experiencing any symptoms, the implants don't need to be replaced. However, no implant lasts a lifetime, and the risk of rupture and leakage increases after 10 to 15 years. We recommend having your implants checked after approximately 10 years and, in consultation with your plastic surgeon, possibly having them replaced. If you have any symptoms, we always recommend making an appointment with your doctor immediately.
Yes, you can still breastfeed after a Preserve breast augmentation. However, please keep in mind that your breasts may change after pregnancy and possibly breastfeeding, as the skin and tissue stretch during this time. Usually, the breasts return to their original shape, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Any surgical procedure carries risks and complications, including breast augmentation. We want to reduce the risk of risks by providing the right information and precautions. By carefully following our instructions prior to breast augmentation, you will minimize the risk of complications. Some possible complications of breast augmentation may include:
- Feeling change in your breasts
- Allergic reactions to the anesthetic or suture material
- Displacement and/or rupture of the breast prosthesis
- capsular contraction
- Swelling or bleeding
- Infections
If you experience any complaints after the operation, we recommend that you always contact the clinic. Because we are a subsidiary of OLVG, We are available 24/7 in case of complications.
To be fully informed about the risks and complications, it is important that you surgical package insert from the NVPC (Dutch Association for Plastic Surgery). We also notice that there are more and more questions about BII / ASIA and that is why you will find it in these leaflets more patient information. In addition, there is one patient folder of the NVPC clearly describing everything you need to know about surgery with silicone breast implants.
